Brian D. Kenyon is an associate who practices in the firm's Real Estate Section in the areas of land use, zoning and environmental law. Mr. Kenyon utilizes his civil engineering background to work with clients and local government staff to obtain approvals throughout the development review process. He also applies his knowledge of federal, state and local environmental regulations to assist owners and developers with environmental compliance and remediation. In addition, Mr. Kenyon represents clients in land use, environmental and construction litigation matters. Prior to joining Holland & Knight, he practiced at a boutique construction law firm representing owners, developers, design professionals and contractors in state and federal court. During law school, Mr. Kenyon served as a law clerk for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Administrative Law Judges, in Washington, D.C. He also contributed to the Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law.
